Things to know

These are simply smallish nuggets of information that your Conveyancer needs to pass on to you.

Not time based

Unlike tasks and documents that can hold up the process if not complete on time, things to know have no deadline and there is no response required.

However if your Conveyancer is providing you information, assume it’s still just as important as anything else, so take the time to read and understand what is being conveyed.

Completing a thing to know

When you have viewed and read a ‘thing to know’ it will be checked off as complete in the Zettle interface. This way your Conveyancer knows you have received and read the information given.

You can always ask

Likewise with tasks and documents, If there’s something unclear to you, or you have a question. Just follow the ‘Ask a question’ button to write a chat message specific to that piece of information.
